    Matthew Russ, Subaru Sales Manager at Reeves Import Motorcars,has been a resident of the Tampa Bay area for over 10 years. He graduated from the University of South Florida in Tampa with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, and a minor in Business Management.  He is an active member of the USF Alumni Association. Prior to being employed at Reeves, Matthew honed his customer service skills while working at an acclaimed local country club. Matthew, along with the entire Reeves staff, is committed to one of the tenets of the company which is, "to exceed the customers' expectations every time they have contact with the dealership."  This  commitment is exemplified by the fact that Reeves' Subaru has maintained 100% CSI for all of 2009. Matthew supports the belief that the purchase of a vehicle from Reeves is not the end of our

    responsibility to the customer, but the beginning of a long-lasting relationship.
